Important notice about delivery
During busy periods such as the holiday season and Christmas, parcels may arrive later than usual. We always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but carriers can experience delays in these weeks. Please allow for possible slight delays in delivery.
Returns & Refunds
9.1 Return policy
You are allowed to return a product without stating a reason.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
You may return any item within 14 days from the delivery date, provided it is in new condition.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in the same state as when received.
All original tags must still be attached.
A copy of the invoice must be included in the return shipment.
The return form must be enclosed with the package.
Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer.

9.2 Exchanges and refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item and confirmed that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This may take approximately 5–7 working days.
If an item has been used or shows signs of wear, it can no longer be exchanged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any shipping costs related to exchanging a product are also at the customer’s expense.
