Important notice about delivery
During busy periods such as the holiday season and Christmas, parcels may arrive later than usual. We always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but carriers can experience delays in these weeks. Please allow for possible slight delays in delivery.

Alpinex is registered in the Trade Register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under the name “Alpinex” with its statutory seat in The Netherlands.

General

1.0 The website www.alpinex.store is operated and owned by Alpinex.

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every purchase of Alpinex products made via the website www.alpinex.store and govern the relationship between the customer and Alpinex.

1.2 All agreements concluded with Alpinex are exclusively governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Product availability

2.0 Alpinex products are offered for sale online. All items are supplied subject to availability at the moment the order is placed.

2.1 Alpinex may at any time adjust, limit, or expand the range of products and/or the quantities available through the website.

2.2 If an ordered item is not available, the customer will be informed accordingly.

Products and ordering

3.1 The key characteristics and the sales price of each product are shown on the individual product page on the website.

3.2 To purchase a product, the customer follows the steps indicated on the site, completes the online order form and submits it to Alpinex. Before placing the order in the shopping cart, the customer is informed of the applicable shipping costs, the conditions, and the cancellation/return policy. After agreeing to these, the customer selects a payment method and finalises the purchase by clicking the button to confirm the order.

3.3 If the customer wishes to correct or modify information entered in the order, this must be done using the correction options provided on the website before the order is completed. The customer can change the quantity of products to be purchased by adding or removing items in the shopping cart.

Pricing

4.1 All prices shown on the website are stated in euros/pound sterling, inclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes. Shipping and delivery costs are shown separately and are not included in the product price.

4.2 Alpinex makes every effort to display correct and up-to-date prices, but cannot fully exclude the possibility of errors. If a price is shown incorrectly, Alpinex will give the customer the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or to cancel the order. If Alpinex is unable to reach the customer, the order will be cancelled.

4.3 Ownership of the products passes to the customer only after full payment has been received by Alpinex. The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer at the time the products are delivered to the customer.

Conclusion of the purchase agreement

5.1 The purchase agreement between Alpinex and the customer is formed at the moment the customer has correctly completed the online ordering process and Alpinex has received payment approval from the customer’s card issuer or payment provider.

5.2 An order is only binding if the entire ordering process has been successfully completed without technical or procedural errors. Alpinex is not liable for issues arising from failures in the customer’s internet connection or technical problems on the customer’s side.

5.3 By placing an order with Alpinex, the customer confirms that he or she understands and accepts the ordering instructions and fully agrees with these general terms and conditions.

Payment

6.1 The customer can pay for products and related delivery charges by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), iDEAL, PayPal, or bank transfer.

6.2 A transaction will only be charged once the card details have been verified, the payment has been authorised by the card issuer used by the customer, and product availability has been confirmed by Alpinex.

6.3 No amounts will be definitively charged at the time of submitting an order proposal, except any costs that may be linked to verification of the payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Note: During intensive sales periods such as Black Friday Week, delivery times may be longer than normal. All orders are dispatched promptly, but carriers may be under increased pressure, which can cause modest delays.

7.1 Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order date, provided payment has been received. Alpinex will only ship the order once the payment has cleared.

7.2 Alpinex offers worldwide shipping.

7.3 Alpinex ships with DHL or PostNL (a tracking number will be provided where available).

7.4 Each shipment includes an invoice showing the exact total value of the purchased goods in euros or pound sterling.

7.5 In accordance with international import regulations, Alpinex does not declare lower values and does not mark shipments as gifts.

Shipping fees

8.1 Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge.

8.2 Shipping costs within the EU (excluding the Netherlands) are €10,50.

8.3 Shipping costs to countries outside the EU are €25,–.

Returns and refunds

9.1 The customer may return products within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the items are in new condition.

9.2 If a product has been worn, used, washed or otherwise not returned in original condition, it can no longer be exchanged or returned.

9.3 To request an exchange, the customer must send an email to info@alpinex.com. All exchange requests are subject to product availability.

9.4 Refund in the form of store credit or an exchange is possible; shipping costs are excluded and are not reimbursed.

9.5 Processing an exchange may take up to 7 days after receipt of the returned product.

9.6 Shipping costs (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable.

Authenticity and intellectual property

10.1 Alpinex guarantees that all products purchased through the website are original Alpinex products.

10.2 Authentic Alpinex products are sold online only via www.alpinex.store. All related intellectual property rights – including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs, and copyrights – are the exclusive property of Alpinex. No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any way without prior written permission from Alpinex.

Applicable law

11.1 The legal relationship between the buyer and Alpinex, including any agreement resulting from an order placed on the website, is exclusively governed by Dutch law.
